The Urban Monk Studio is a boutique wellness and meditation space in Bhubaneswar dedicated to helping individuals cultivate calm, balance, and holistic wellbeing. Designed as a peaceful sanctuary within the city, the studio offers mindfulness practices, meditation sessions, breathwork, and wellness experiences that nurture the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether attending morning sessions to begin the day with clarity and focus or evening sessions to unwind and recharge, participants can experience greater emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner peace. Counselling Sessions

At The Urban Monk, we provide professional psychological counselling services to help individuals understand, navigate, and overcome life’s emotional and mental health challenges.
