As an HR professional I have had the opportunity to watch and interact with many life coaches, trainers, and wellness organizations. After many decades in the industry, I understand fairly well the demands of employee wellness in the stressful work environments of organizations. When I joined Buddha’s workshop, I had at the back of my mind that it would be one of those typical wellness workshops. It wasn’t! Buddha made me see certain insights into life, which I thought were so fresh and yet very common and simple observations. The little activities and the mindfulness techniques gave a certain calm throughout the online event. It was a good weekend morning start and I hope to keep practicing. The workshop was a complete thumbs up.

Having been part of the corporate world for more than 18 years and also being a mother of a young teenager, life had been pretty hectic since past few years. Meanwhile, I got an opportunity to attend the ‘Mind-full to Mindful’ power session conducted by Buddhaditya. I have had a couple of interactions with Mr. Padhi at different forums. Whatever little I have read about Zen, I had always felt that in those talks with him. When I attended his mindfulness workshop, I saw the zen guy more vividly while he was teaching mindfulness for happiness to us. Incidentally, I was a participant in his inaugural session and I found it quite mind blowing. Hoping to keep up the practice and wishing Mr. Padhi the very best.

I was more responsibilities at work and stress was piling up. I needed something for my mental well-being. I googled, quite obviously, of finding ways of getting back my tranquillity. It was a wonderful experience to attend the 90 minute online workshop conducted by Mr. Buddhaditya. The session was very interactive, enlightening and interesting. The discussions on practicing gratitude to keep our mind away from the burden of unnecessary thinking were very useful. In each section of the program he taught some activities like breathing, meditation etc., to keep stress away from our lives.
