You are solely responsible for the medical, health and personal information you provide to The Urban Monk. The advice of the Coach/Instructor will depend upon the information you provide in. The information provided by you may be used by for the purpose of services including analysis,research, training and disclosure (where required) to its affiliates, agents and government authorities.
The information provided by you can be kept with The Urban Monk indefinitely and can be used without revealing your identity.

You hereby understand that Mindfulness and Breathwork Coaching is a very personalized service catered to specific set of needs and results may vary from client to client. Specific outcomes may not occur. The Urban Monk will not be responsible for any possible aggravation/complication of previous medical conditions.

Limitations of liability :
a. In no event shall The Urban Monk be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including without limitations, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the services offered by The Urban Monk
b. You acknowledge that the relationship created through your use of this website shall be of principal to principal. You shall not represent yourself as a representative agent or employee of The Urban Monk

No Liability
The content of the Workshop is only for the purpose of knowledge and not meant to diagnose or treat any diseases or provide any kind of medical services to its client and it shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of health, injury which rise to an permanent or temporary disability or death or of any kind occurring from participation in any activity or use of fitness equipment arising out of participation in any activity under such coaching. You understand that you will be fully responsible for your well being during the coaching consultations, along with your choices & decisions.

You understand that mental and physical wellness coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. You will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and your actions regarding them are your responsibility. You understand that mental and physical wellness coaching does not treat mental disorders and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.

You do hereby waive, release, forever discharge your mindfulness coach and The Urban Monk, and it’s employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation in any activity or your use of fitness equipment arising out of your participation in any activity under such coaching.
You agree to hold the mindfulness coach free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results for adverse situations created as direct or indirect result or specific referral or advice given by the mindfulness coach.

Use of content & Copyright :
a. The Urban Monk owns the website as well the intellectual property contained thereon including all programs, processes, designs, software, technologies, trademark, trade names, inventions and materials therein and all the services offered by the coach on the website
b. You shall not use the content available on the website without the prior written permission of The Urban Monk

Violations Of Rules And Regulations
