Meet Buddhaditya, Your Mindfulness Coach
Hello Everyone! My name is Buddhaditya (most people end up calling me Buddha, just for the convenience of it) and I happen to be the Margdarshak at The Urban Monk. I have been trained at a renowned Zen monastery in Zen meditation practices 5 years back and have been practicing Mindfulness meditation, Breathwork, and Tai Chi ever since. I am also a Certified Mindfulness Instructor and Counselling Psychologist. I have worked with hundreds of people helping them find their calm and happiness back into their lives.
